Why yes...yes it is a good time to purchase a home. The market seems to change not just by the week or month but sometimes changes day to day. The interest rates are really at an all time low. A 3.5% is a really good rate! Home prices are all over the place as well, which leads to: there is a home out there for every budget imagineable. No one can predict what is going to happen six months from now with interest rates, home prices, the market in general. For right now, August 2012, it's a good time to buy. It's Memorial Day Weekend-Thank You !! We fly our American flag with great pride to honor our men and women who have fought and gave their lives for this wonderful country!! We say a heartfelt Thank You ! Folks have the true meaning of Memorial Day in their hearts and on their minds, however the scurry and bussell is on for opening up our summer homes. Either in northern New England in the White Mountains or down here where I am on the South Shore, our "little" escape homes are being dusted from their cob-webs and getting ready for SUMMER! Happy Memorial Day weekend and a safe weekend to all.

I just read a fellow bloggers post today and was inspired. I love this persons passion for life. It is so freeing to know your "purpose" for "being" in this wonderful world. My passion is in realestate. I feel so comfortable with helping folks find and search for their place on this earth to call "their home". It's not just a "job" for me.
